Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION payment is required in full at the time of booking. Any cancellation will be a loss of $5 to customer which then covers payment processing fees. Should you need to cancel, contact us 2 days in advance of requested date. LAWN MAINTENANCE should be completed prior to setup of the display. Please cancel all lawn maintenance during the rental period. Any items damaged during the maintenance of lawn will be charged to the renting party. WATER.Please ensure the yard is watered throughly. DAMAGE FEE. If any part of the display is stolen, damaged or destroyed, it will be the responsibility of the renting party to replace it. An invoice will be emailed with payment due in one week. $15 for each graphic or letter. REFUNDS will not be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, including but not limited to: wrong address denied access, unable to access the home, aggressive animals, or a request to remove the yard card.
