POLICIES

You, the renting party, are responsible for all policies so please review them carefully.

 

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your reservation.

  • Lawn cuttings should be completed prior to setup of the display.  Please cancel all lawn maintenance during the rental period. Any items damaged during the maintenance of lawn will be charged to the renting party.

  • Please respect the display and do not move any of the letters or character or allow children or pets to play on or around the display items.

  • If any part of the display is stolen, damaged or destroyed, it will be the responsibility of the renting party to replace it. Missing or damaged lawn display items will be charged to the credit card on file for the appropriate amount.

  • It is the responsibility of the renting party to ensure a yard card display is not in violation of HOA/POA restrictions.

  •  Any cancellation will be a loss of $5 to customer which then covers payment processing fees.  Should you need to cancel, contact us 2 days in advance of requested date.

  • Refunds will not be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, including but not limited to: wrong address denied access or unable to access the home, aggressive animals, or a request to remove the display.

  • Montgomery Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the transportation, set-up, take-down of any display.

 

Privacy Policy:

Montgomery Yard Cards respects your privacy. We will not sell our clients' personal information to third parties.
